The secret of successful steak cuisine at our restaurant is a combination of skill and attention to detail. Every step – from the selection of ingredients to the final touch in serving – is done with great care and professionalism. The chefs of the restaurant know the secrets of true craftsmanship, thanks to which each steak becomes a real masterpiece.
The Magic of Steak:
Steak is not only a dish, but a real art. In our BEEF & CAKE restaurant, meat is transformed into the most delicate masterpieces thanks to the unsurpassed skill of our chefs and the use of the best products. The basis of each steak is the quality of the meat – selected and marbled. Our meat is not just cooked, it is aged according to a proprietary technology to make every piece truly unrivaled.
Methods of preparation:
Cooking steaks in a hosper: using high temperatures is a great method to preserve the juiciness and rich flavor of the meat. The use of a hosper helps to achieve the perfect combination of crispiness on the outside and juiciness on the inside. The high temperatures help to create an attractive crust on the surface of the steak, which locks in the flavor and juices inside, making it especially tasty and appetizing. This approach really helps to preserve the best qualities of the meat and provides an excellent taste experience for our guests.
“Smoke-gan”: This cooking technique gives our dishes a unique flavor and aroma. This innovative technology allows us to create dishes with unrivaled flavor and aroma that leave an unforgettable impression on our guests. Our team of chefs uses Smoke Gun with great care to make each dish unique and a real gastronomic discovery for each guest.
Sous vide: When cooking sous vide, we maintain a controlled temperature to ensure that the food is extremely tender, juicy and full of flavor. The controlled temperature helps to preserve all the vitamins and nutrients in the food, making it not only delicious, but also good for your health.

The most popular Recipes:
Ribeye steak:
This premium steak has become a real hit among guests due to its high degree of marbling and tenderness. It is aged using a proprietary technology that gives it a rich flavor and pleasant aroma.
T-bone steak:
This is a dish that you just have to try at least once in your life. The huge steak got its name from the T-bone, which separates two different types of meat. On the one hand, there is sirloin meat with a thin edge (Strip Loin), which has the most pronounced “beefy” flavor. On the other side is the uniquely tender and most exquisite meat of the middle part of the tenderloin – filet mignon. This steak can be served on the table and can be enjoyed in pairs, as it consists of two different parts. Each of them has its own unique characteristics and flavors that make this steak an unrivaled experience for true gourmets.
Flat Iron steak:
An ideal choice for those who want to enjoy a delicious steak without spending a lot of money. This steak is an alternative to the classic versions. Its main difference from classic steaks is its structure. It may be a little tougher, but thanks to the sous vide technology we use, this steak is much more tender and juicy than store-bought counterparts.
Degrees of Steak doneness:
1.Well Done: The meat is fully cooked and has a uniform brown color. It is dense and dry, with no noticeable pink center layer.
2.Medium Well (Well rare, but with a pink center layer): Has a slight pink center layer, but overall it is well done. The internal juice of the meat is almost squeezed out.
3.Medium (Medium rare): The meat has a moderate pink centre layer. It is tender and juicy, while retaining its tenderness.
4.Medium Rare: Has a pink centre layer that takes up most of the meat. The steak has a soft texture and juiciness.
5.Rare: The meat has a thin pink centre layer, but is almost raw. It is soft, juicy and has the most delicate flavour.
These grades reflect the different internal temperatures of the meat, which are measured in degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit, depending on the measurement system selected.
When ordering the perfect steak, it’s important to consider your own taste preferences. Regardless of whether you prefer tender and juicy meat with a pink center layer or more cooked, dense meat. It is important to know the difference between the degrees of roasting. This will allow you to enjoy the flavor that suits your preferences. Enjoy every bite of this wonderful dish and share the joy of taste with your loved ones.
