The Beef&Cake restaurant from Khmelnytskyi became a record holder in the restaurant world of Ukraine. The chefs of the establishment prepared a record beef tartare for Ukraine. The achievement is recorded in the Book of Records of Ukraine.
9 chefs of the Beef&Cake restaurant, led by chef Maksym Poplavsky, worked on setting the record. The dish was prepared for eight hours – from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The sizes of the tartar recorded by the representatives of the Book of Records of Ukraine are simply amazing. The weight of the product is 56.8 kilograms, the length is 4 meters, the width is 80 centimeters.
The basis of the tartare was a premium beef tenderloin weighing more than 30 kilograms. About 80 chicken yolks and a giant ostrich yolk were used for decoration.
Immediately after setting the record, the chefs of the restaurant turned the entire dish into steaks and made delicious, juicy burgers for the defenders of Ukraine, who are currently in the Khmelnytskyi military hospital. A total of 160 burgers came out!
