Rose parfait: Velvet pearl cheesecake
You will find a pearl-shaped dessert created to immerse you in the marine world of incredible flavors. “Velvet Pearl” is a cheesecake with delicate Philadelphia, multi-layered textures and deep flavors. The most stunning element of this dessert is a “pearl” of tar-tar strawberries in raspberry sauce, covered with white chocolate, presented in a chest with dry ice. The waiter carefully places it in the center of the dessert, creating real magic.
Sweet Village
“Sweet Village is a sophisticated dessert that looks like a potato, created with skill and love. Starting with the hazelnut crostini containing hazelnuts, hazelnut praline, royal jelly (wafers) and dark chocolate, you will experience a luxurious explosion of flavor. Vanilla cream, made from dark chocolate, cream, butter, gelatin and vanilla bean, gives the dessert a delicate creamy texture and rich vanilla flavor. Salted caramel with truffle adds a special touch to the dessert.

The author’s interpretation of the classic Medovik is a combination of delicate honey cakes with butter cream on a chocolate crunch, decorated with a combination of sweet prunes and nuts.
