Our summer menu is based on a simple idea: the best meat needs the best accompaniment. And what could be better than fresh, juicy vegetables, berries, and herbs grown on local farms? The slight acidity of tomatoes, the sweetness of young peas, and the aroma of fresh basil help premium meat reveal its full potential.

Seasonal additions to your favorite meat

In summer, we update our menu to combine meat with fresh seasonal produce. Instead of the usual side dishes, we offer interesting summer additions that create the perfect balance of flavors.

Try our menu:

  • Picanya steak with caramelized cherries. Beef has a rich, salty taste. The natural sweetness of caramelized cherries does not compete with it, but creates a contrast. This balance of sweet and salty makes the taste of the steak even brighter and more interesting.
  • Duck leg with baked plums. Duck is quite fatty meat, so it needs a “partner” with a pronounced sourness. Baked plums do this job perfectly: their acidity refreshes the taste buds and makes the dish easier to eat.
  • Duck breast with raspberry sauce and strawberry tartare. Here we are working with layers. The raspberry sauce provides the main berry note. And the fresh strawberry and basil tartare added on top gives the dish a second dimension — a cool, fresh aroma of herbs and berries.
  • Salads with venison or chicken and berry sauces. The berry sauce complements both the greens and the meat, tying them together into a single composition.

For daring gourmets, we offer our absolute favorite — “Tartare of delicacy venison tenderloin with dried cherries and wine caviar.” Sounds intriguing, doesn’t it? And it tastes even better! Deep meat flavor, a sweet hint of cherry, and an unexpected burst of wine caviar. You’ve definitely never tasted anything like this before.

Also try the fried Black Sea gobies. They are crispy and appetizing. We serve them with a delicate lemon aioli. It’s the perfect appetizer to accompany cold drinks.

For those who enjoy hearty dishes, we offer mullet soup. We’ve added thick-lipped and spinach dumplings to it. It’s an original and very tasty combination.
