What is the secret of our steaks?
It all starts with the meat. Only selected premium beef, carefully aged and prepared according to all the rules. We do not use frozen raw materials. We choose meat with a high degree of marbling, because it is these thin veins of fat that guarantee juiciness, softness and deep flavor after cooking.

Before entering the kitchen, each piece undergoes internal quality control. Chefs evaluate the color, flavor, texture, moisture, and level of fatty streaks. All these parameters affect the result.
We cook the steaks on an open grill to achieve the perfect crust without losing the internal juiciness. And the final emphasis is on resting the steak before serving, which allows the meat to reveal itself 100%.
Types of steaks and cooking techniques
Our chefs are proficient in various high-level cooking techniques: grilling, suvid, and classic roasting. We choose the method that best reveals the character of the chosen type of meat. Our menu offers steaks for every taste:
- Ribeye. Juicy, marbled steak with a delicate texture and bright meat flavor. The meat is preliminarily dry-aged in a chamber with Himalayan salt for 21-45 days.

- Striploin. Steak with character. It has a dense structure, rich flavor and light crispy crust. During cooking, the meat is thoroughly soaked in juice due to the fatty rim. We serve the steak with flavorful Cafe de Paris butter.

- Pepper steak. A juicy piece of beef, fried to a perfect crust and generously seasoned with aromatic black pepper. It has a bright, spicy flavor with a light spicy accent. Served with a spicy pepper sauce.

- Chateaubriand steak with Eye of Wine sauce. Tender center part of beef tenderloin. Perfectly roasted to the middle, it literally melts in your mouth. Served with a deep, rich red wine sauce.

- Flank steak. Thin, fibrous steak with a bright meat flavor. It is cooked quickly, fried at high temperature until golden brown, and then sliced across the grain.

We also prepare seasonal steaks, which are served with author’s sauces, toppings, side dishes of local vegetables, baked potatoes with truffle oil or tender mashed vegetables.
